EXECUTIVE OVERVIEW
Rafael Colón is president of Voices Internacional,
which he established in 1994, and co-founder of two
additional companies, Triple Threat Baseball, Inc.
and Diversity Broadband LLC. He is a successful entrepreneur,
emerging market consultant, leadership effectiveness
coach and an award-winning author. Fluent in both
English and Spanish, Mr. Colón is a popular
international keynote speaker, master of ceremony
and web
broadcast host. He is a graduate of Washington State
University and his passion for lifelong learning led
to doctoral studies in human and organizational development.
LEADERSHIP
He served 16 years in Washington State government
and was appointed by two successive Governors to serve
as the state’s representative on the Washington
State Library Commission.

ACUMEN
Mr. Colón specializes in helping executives,
company leaders and managers maximize their individual
and team effectiveness in an ever-expanding multicultural
workforce environment. He speaks and facilitates meetings
with government, corporate, association, and non-profit

and Puerto Rico. Mr. Colón is a recognized

Serving as radio and web broadcast host, Mr. Colón
captured the pulse of the Latino community as radio
program host of “Si Se Puede!” in Seattle.
He served as the web broadcast anchor for the Hispanic
Broadcast TV Network–MRO venue in Europe, National
Association of Latino Independent Producers, National
Association of Broadcasters, LEAtv, the United States
Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Annual
Convention–Job Centro Career Fair, and the Edward
James Olmos Latino Book and Family Festivals throughout
the U.S. was released in July 2006.
